The LayoutChangingEnum type specifies the user performs on the cube. The LayoutStartChanging event notifies your application once the user starts dragging the cube to a different position. During the LayoutStartChanging event you can call the CancelLayoutChanging to cancel the current operation.  The LayoutEndChanging event notifies your application once the user ends dragging the cube to a different position.  The LayoutChangingEnum type supports the following values:
