By default, the HideToolTips property is True, which means that the tooltips are shown when the cursor hovers a file. Use the HideToolTips property to hide the tooltips whenever the cursor is hovering a file or folder. The AutoArrange property specifies whether the files are automatically kept arranged in icon and small icon view.
