Use the ItemFromPoint property to get the item over cursor. The ItemFromPoint(-1,-1) property retrieves the item at the current cursor position. Use the GroupFromPoint property to retrieve the group from the cursor. Use the Caption property to specify the caption of the item.

The following VB sample displays the caption of the item from the cursor:
