The IsItemLocked property checks whether a specific item is locked. A locked item is always displayed at the top or bottom of the control, regardless of scrolling. The LockedItemCount property returns the number of items currently locked to either side and can be used to iterate through or manage those items. To access a specific locked item by its position, use the LockedItem property. Finally, the ShowLockedItems property controls whether locked items are shown or hidden within the control. The LockItem property gets or sets the lock state of the item, indicating whether it is locked at the top, bottom, or scrollable.
