A string expression that defines the horizontal and vertical offset to shift the
labels of the value.
By default, the OffsetLabel property is "", which
indicates that the labels are shown on their original position. The Format
property specifies an expression to customize the labels to show on value axis. The Tfi property specifies the font attributes to apply on the title and labels of the value-axis. The Title property
specifies the title of the value-axis.
For instance:
"24,0", shifts horizontally (to
the right) the
labels by 24 pixels
